What Can I Expect When Joining Allur?

We’re glad you asked! We never hide, conceal, or obscure what our program entails the way that many other fitness brands do. We offer full transparency about what you can expect if you sign up for a science-backed, process-focused Allur course .
When you sign up, you’ll gain access to a dedicated team focused on bringing our clients the latest information on cultivating fitness and wellness that’s combined with protocols for putting the science into action for your body.

When you sign up for an Allur course, you get access to:

  • A dedicated program focused on a specific wellness or fitness goal.
  • Special assignments that reinforce what you’re learning. We promise this homework is FUN!
  • Unlimited guidance from your coach for all basic questions.
  • Access to exclusive workout guides. These are great for people who thrive when they are able to practice at their own pace based on their own schedules and energy levels throughout the day.

An Allur course never feels punishing or tedious. Our clients become invigorated as they move closer and closer to proficiency while working through an intensive, carefully paced 12-week program.

We created our program using a mix of fitness intelligence and feedback from clients. We wanted to create a 12-week program for two reasons.

First, many fitness brands never give you an “end date” for your goal because they aren’t actually trying to help you become proficient with a certain skill or goal. Their goal is to keep you locked in for as long as possible with middling results.

In our experience, having an end date helps clients to work toward a measurable purpose. It also keeps us responsible for actually giving you the tools you need to get where you want to be by a certain time!

The second reason why we designed our course to be a 12-week program is that we know many companies that do offer “set” timelines often use ones that are too short for creating remarkable, sustainable progress. People who sign up feel that they are just getting started when the course ends after two to six weeks.
